Waitlist Privacy Notice

This notice covers our waitlist page only. It’s separate from the Privacy Policy that will govern the FinancialClarity.ai app; if you become a member, that policy will apply to your account.
Who we are.
FinancialClarity.ai is operated by Atherton Horizons LLC (“we,” “us”). You can reach us at info@financialclarity.ai, or by mail at 50 Woodside Plaza, Suite 802, Redwood City, CA 94061.
What we collect.
Only (a) the email address you give us, (b) the plan interest you tell us — for example, whether you reserved the Charter rate or asked to be kept posted — (c) basic information about the ad or link that brought you here (a “source tag” in the web address), so we can see which messages resonate, and (d) basic technical information your browser sends automatically — the type of browser and device you’re using, and which page you submitted the form from. We don’t ask for, and don’t want, account details, income, or any sensitive financial information on this page.
Why we collect it.
Two reasons only: to email you when the product is ready (and, if you reserved, to honor your Charter rate), and to understand demand. Nothing else.
We don’t sell your information.
We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising or in exchange for anything of value. We make money one way — membership — not from your data. We use a small number of trusted service providers to store your information and send our email; they act only on our instructions and can’t use it for their own purposes. That isn’t selling.
Your choices.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link — one click and we stop. When you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of your email address on a do-not-contact list, so we don’t email you again by mistake; if you’d rather we erase that too, just ask. You can also email info@financialclarity.ai anytime to see what we have, correct it, or delete it — we’ll honor that, and may simply confirm you’re writing from the address on file, so no one else can act on your behalf.
How long we keep it.
Interest goes stale, so we may remove signups that have been inactive for a while — and we’ll delete yours sooner if you ask.
Adults only.
This page and product are intended for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes.
If we update this notice, we’ll change the date above.
